Faculty and staff are welcome to reach out there at any time. They're happy to assist by email or schedule a one-on-one Zoom meeting as needed.
In addition to individual support, we offer two recurring drop-in options:
Faculty Assistant Drop-In Hours
Held on the second Wednesday of each month with two session options:
These sessions are informal and designed to provide hands-on support for Faculty Assistants. Participants are welcome to bring questions and walk through Canvas tasks together.

Have a question you’ve been meaning to ask? This open, no-agenda session is a chance to get help with Canvas, Zoom, Panopto, or general course setup. Bring your questions, big or small, and we’ll work through them together.
Faculty and staff (including faculty assistants) are welcome to drop in at any time during the session and leave once their questions are answered or if other obligations call them away.
