Having trouble connecting to Wi‑Fi or accessing the network?

IT can help troubleshoot connectivity and performance issues across campus and supported residential locations. 

Include the following information

  • Location (building, floor, room number)
  • Network name (SSID) you’re trying to connect to (e.g., campus or residence network)
  • MAC Address (Physical Address) this can be found in your wifi settings
  • Device type (laptop, phone, tablet) and operating system
  • Description of the issue (can’t connect, slow speeds, frequent drops, VPN issues)
  • When the issue occurs (all the time or at specific times)
