Need help with your computer’s operating system?

We can assist with supported operating system issues, upgrades, and troubleshooting. 

Include the following information:

  • Device type (laptop or desktop)
  • Operating system (Windows or macOS) and version, if known
  • Description of the issue or request
  • Any error messages you’re seeing (screenshots are helpful)
  • Your location and best time to contact you

Examples of OS support requests:

  • Operating system not starting or stuck during boot
  • System crashes, freezing, or frequent error messages
  • Assistance with approved OS upgrades or updates
  • Driver or compatibility issues after an update
