Having trouble with your device or equipment?

Include what’s happening, the device you’re using, and where you’re located. If possible, attach a photo or screenshot and let us know the best time to reach you.

Hardware Issues include:

  • Laptop/desktop won’t turn on or keeps shutting down
  • Slow performance, freezing, or overheating (fan is loud/hot)
  • Keyboard keys not working or trackpad/mouse issues
  • Monitor problems (blank screen, flickering, resolution issues)
  • Docking station or port issues (USB/HDMI/power not working)
  • Battery not charging or battery drains quickly
  • Audio/camera not working (no sound, mic cuts out, webcam not detected)
  • Broken or damaged equipment (cracked screen, loose hinge, damaged cable)

Tip: For faster help, include the asset tag (if available) and the exact error message you see.
