Password Reset Procedure
We’ve updated our password reset process. If you need to reset your password or unlock your account due to too many failed log in attempts, please follow the steps below.
Step 1
Go to https://outlook.office.com. Enter your BLS email address when prompted, then click Next.
Step 2
Click the link labeled “Forgot my password”.
Step 3
Complete the CAPTCHA to confirm you’re not a robot.
Step 4
You will see two options:
- Option 1: Reset your password
- Option 2: Unlock your account and keep your current password
For both options, you must use your MFA app. Open the app, select the school name, and enter the one-time passcode (OTP). Click Next to continue.
Option 1 – Reset Your Password
Create your new password and click Finish. Your password will be successfully reset.
Option 2 – Unlock Your Account
If you only need to unlock your account, select Option 2. Enter the code from your MFA app, and your account will be unlocked. You can then sign in using your current password.
